Job Title: Accommodation Office Team Leader

Husco International, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accommodation Office Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct work: Perform tasks relevant to the area you are deployed to, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.
  • Leadership: Direct and coordinate area activity to meet performance objectives related to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
  • Problem Solving: Coordinate root-cause analysis, CCAR, and red-tag activity, communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Champion for Safety and the Environment: Proactively drive improved safety and environmental working practices, eliminating recordable and lost-time injuries.
  • Provide Exemplary Internal/External Customer Service & Communication: Work closely with internal product and manufacturing engineering to execute requests, respond to questions, and build collaboration across teams.
  • Strong Team Player and Contributor: Able to work well with colleagues and produce results within a fast-paced and high-pressure atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience within a manufacturing environment essential.
  • NVQ in Business Improvement Techniques or similar Engineering/Manufacturing discipline preferred.
  • Computer literacy essential, with experience of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Effective trouble shooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of responsibility.
