At Bandwidth Inc., we're looking for a highly skilled VP Business Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel on a wide range of communications law matters, including regulatory compliance, contract support, and global communication service management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance on regulatory compliance and contract support to ensure seamless global operations.
  • Lead and manage a geographically dispersed team of legal professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including executives, business units, and cross-functional teams, to manage U.S. and global regulatory issues.
  • Support Bandwidth's go-to-market strategies by providing guidance and support for global regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Partner with Bandwidth's Global Public Policy team to oversee the implementation of regulatory policies, procedures, and best practices to mitigate risks to support Bandwidth's communications services in jurisdictions around the globe.
  • Manage external legal counsel on a global scale.
  • Stay current on industry trends, legislative developments, and emerging legal issues impacting the telecommunications sector to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
