Position Overview:
As a Youth Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance to vulnerable young individuals facing various challenges related to their Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH). Your commitment will help create a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.
Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is £26,987.60, with additional Sleep-in payments of £45.00 per night.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 42 hours per week, structured as a 7 days on, 7 days off rotation, including one rest day and one time-out day during the work week. Sleep-in shifts will occur at 07:30 am.
Key Requirements:
- A valid UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
