About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Tomato Ketchup business in Europe. As Head of Tomato Ketchup Europe, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth, innovation, and sustainability initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovation, sustainability, and value creation projects.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive engagement and alignment across the organization.
  • Manage a team of category and brand owners to deliver against business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure effective supply chain management, including demand planning, supply accountability, and commercial strategy implementation.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of FMCG experience in marketing, commercial, or innovation roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovation, new business models, and disruptive innovation.
  • Experience managing agency partners for creativity and external sales of ideas, projects, and brand innovations.
  • 10+ years of managerial experience, including team leadership and P&L responsibility.
  • Business proficient English language skills.
