About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Recruitment Consultants in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our Recruitment Consultants, including preparing candidate CVs, updating CRM systems, and sending out Terms of Business.
  • Manage the temporary payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our temporary workers.
  • Support the recruitment process, including advertising temporary vacancies, pre-screening candidates, and sending documents to clients.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of our office environment, including ensuring supplies are stocked and the office is well-organized.
  • Organize group charity events and coordinate our monthly charity collection.
Requirements
  • Proven administration and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
