**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Bid and Contract Director to join our team at JD Ross Energy. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in managing our bid and contract processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire bid process from initial customer identification to contract win and renewal strategy.
- Oversee the quality, content, and timeliness of all bid phases, including creating customer responses, offers, and responding to contractual queries and RFQs.
- Ensure project stage gates are met and appropriate approvals are obtained on time and in full.
- Identify and alert any issues or risks during the bid phase to the relevant stakeholders and initiate external legal/commercial support as needed.
- Hand over contracts to the Commercial and Operational teams.
- Provide management oversight on progress with Master Service Agreements and contract reviews.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of commercial and legal contract terminology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of success in bid and contract management.
