We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Childrens Care Assistant to join our team.

As a Childrens Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a client who requires companionship and social interaction.

You will be responsible for taking the client on days out, engaging in activities, and providing emotional support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Providing companionship and social interaction to the client
  • Accompanying the client on days out and engaging in activities
  • Supporting the client with daily living tasks
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in healthcare or paediatric care
  • Knowledge of cerebral palsy and seizure management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
