Pension Fund Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pension Administrator to join our team at Hampshire County Council. As a Pension Administrator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members and employers, while also ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pension administration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process pension payments and benefits in a timely and accurate manner
- Respond to member and employer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member and employer information
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of pension services
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in pension payments or benefits
About Us:
Hampshire County Council is a local government authority that administers pensions for the Hampshire Pension Fund, a Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS). We also administer pensions for several other schemes, including the West Sussex County Council LGPS, London Borough Of Hillingdon LGPS, City Of Westminster LGPS, and others.

Requirements:
- 5 GCSEs grade C or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English
