As a Residential Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Lodge, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents. You will work closely with our Area Manager and other colleagues to deliver a first-class service and provide a positive experience for our Home Owners.
About YouWe are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a background in administration and customer-facing roles. You will be an effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with our residents, contractors, and internal colleagues. Your experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, will be beneficial in this role.
You will be a team player, able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours. You will be comfortable living on-site in the provided apartment, rent-free, and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of social contact.
