Company Overview: Deverell Smith Ltd is seeking a skilled Façade Construction Supervisor to join our esteemed Principal Contractor on a significant reinforced concrete frame project.

Role Overview: As the Façade Construction Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the building process, ensuring the effective installation of the façade across various blocks and phases of the development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation of curtain wall systems, aluminum windows and doors, cladding, GRS panels, waterproofing, and EPDM.
  • Manage rainscreen cladding and brickwork installations.
  • Plan resources and activities to guarantee project success.
  • Control and monitor daily work for subcontractors.
  • Supervise the dismantling of scaffolding.
  • Issue appropriate notices and relevant contractual communications to subcontractors in a timely manner.
  • Oversee projects from initial concept through to final completion.
  • Ensure adherence to clients' quality standards and facilitate the handover of completed sections.
  • Monitor work progress to ensure adherence to the project timeline.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies.
  • Establish and implement work schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Façade Construction Supervisor in residential projects is essential. A strong understanding of façade systems, construction methodologies, codes, regulations, and industry best practices is required. Excellent project management and leadership capabilities are also necessary.
