About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facade Site Manager to join our team, overseeing key projects in London, Swindon, and West Berkshire. As a Facade Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities related to facade installations, including roofing, cladding, and glazing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
Requirements
  • 4 years proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role within the roofing, cladding, or glazing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of facade systems, building envelopes, and refurbishment processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage site teams effectively.
  • In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations and experience implementing them on construction sites.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
