Facade Construction Supervisor

Are you an experienced construction leader with a focus on facade management? We are looking for a committed and knowledgeable Facade Construction Supervisor to join the Henry Martin Group. In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight, organization, and implementation of facade work on a significant new residential development. Your goal will be to ensure that the project is completed safely, on schedule, and within the allocated budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate the effective execution of facade construction initiatives.
  • Oversee on-site operations, including project scheduling, quality assurance, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Track project progress and deliver timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and industry regulations.
  • Lead and mentor on-site teams to promote efficient and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in facade construction supervision, particularly in residential projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of facade systems, materials, and construction methodologies.
  • Expertise in SFS, Brickwork & Cladding.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage several projects concurrently.
  • Relevant educational background or certification in construction management or a related discipline.
