Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team as a key member of our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product range, including new and vintage jewellery and watches, and be able to provide expert advice to customers.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and visually appealing.
- Marketing and Promotions: Participate in marketing initiatives and promotions, including social media and in-store events, to drive sales and engagement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
