Role Overview

The Sales Ambassador plays a crucial role in achieving store objectives related to sales, productivity, and customer service by applying Kate Spade's selling techniques and service training. You will be accountable for meeting personal sales and productivity targets while delivering service that meets or exceeds customer expectations. As a representative of Kate Spade, you will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that customer needs are consistently surpassed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recognize how individual performance influences the overall store success;
  • Embody the role of a brand ambassador;
  • Demonstrate sales behaviors as outlined in company training programs;
  • Maintain a high level of energy on the sales floor;
  • Consistently achieve sales objectives;
  • Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously;
  • Anticipate and fulfill customer needs proactively;
  • Provide service to all customers in alignment with the Kate Spade Approach standards;
  • Collaborate as a team member and motivate the team to exceed performance expectations;
  • Advocate for company initiatives and support management decisions;
  • Uphold professional ethics at all times.

Additional Requirements

  • Proficient in English (essential);
  • Previous experience in a retail service environment (essential);
  • Background in luxury retail (desirable);
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues while navigating the sales floor.
