About the Role

G MASS is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our consultants and internal operations, gaining exposure to multiple facets of the Finance, Tech, and Insurance industries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Onboarding and Compliance
    • Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
    • Collaborate with the Compliance & Admin team to onboard new employees, ensuring all relevant documents are submitted, stored, and updated.
  2. Consultant Support
    • Provide administrative support to consultants, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and answering consultant administrative queries.
    • Assist in tracking consultant performance metrics and reporting.
    • Support the Head of Client Partnerships to ensure they maintain consultant delivery standards.
    • Support consultants with all necessary business systems.
  3. Finance and Administration
    • Support the finance team with invoicing, expense tracking, month-end reconciliations, and company forecasting.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to maintain and update all relevant finance systems and spreadsheets.
  4. Administrative Tasks
    • Assist with the organization of company events and training sessions.
    • Ensure the smooth operation of office procedures and systems.
Requirements
  • Recent graduate.
  • Strong interest in the financial sector.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a positive attitude.
