Key Responsibilities- Deliver High-Quality Therapy Services: Provide low-intensity psychological therapy services to individuals, carers, families, and groups, adhering to best evidence-based practice and trust care pathways.
- Collaborate with Professionals: Communicate and liaise with other professionals involved in the client's treatment and ongoing mental health care.
- Provide Regular Updates: Inform clients' GPs and referrers about treatment progress, outcomes, and initial and ongoing risk assessments.
- Improve Wellbeing: Implement interventions to improve wellbeing, encourage access to other agencies providing wellbeing initiatives, and promote social inclusion.
- Make Clinical Decisions: Determine suitability for therapy, clinical pathways, and onward referrals to specialist services as required.
- Formulate Treatment Plans: Develop and implement treatment plans with clients, offering NICE-compliant interventions, group interventions, and online therapy.
- Exercise Sound Knowledge: Employ a range of short-term interventions to meet the needs of referred clients, grounded in sound theoretical knowledge of evidence-based psychological interventions.
