About the Role

We are seeking a talented Area Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Essex and Suffolk. As an Area Sales Executive, you will be responsible for introducing customers to the world of independent living and providing expert advice on their purchase of our apartments.

You will work closely with our onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry to move-in day. Your calming and supportive approach will ensure our customers feel at ease when making important decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contact customers who have shown an interest in our developments and provide expert advice on their purchase.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a hassle-free and positive experience.
  • Work within a dynamic sales team to achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices.
  • Liaise closely with onsite teams and offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors, and progress sales through to completion.
Requirements
  • Previous new homes sales experience, preferably in the retirement market.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and a determination to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and have a proactive approach to sales and marketing.
  • Professional and responsible selling at all times.
  • Valid UK Driver's Licence.
