About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join our team at Urban Digital Recruitment Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably with a focus on B2B and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
  • Build and manage outbound emails and devise nurture campaigns to drive ticket sales.
  • Manage and build out the database with relevant contacts and audience groups.
  • Support the Senior CRM Manager on all areas of multi-touch revenue attribution.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in developing and executing CRM strategies.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, including segmentation, A/B testing, and email personalization.
  • Strong skills in data analysis to guide strategy and enhance performance.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing abilities.
  • Ability to align campaigns with marketing objectives and create compelling content.

About You:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably with a focus on B2B and events.
