About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Great Howarth School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and social development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist students in their educational and social development, providing individualized support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to provide learning support and react to situations in the classroom in a positive and non-disruptive manner.
  • Support the setup of activities for students, using technology or adjusting the environment to suit their needs.
  • Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional help, giving them the time and support they need to learn.
