About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accommodation Coordinator to join our team at BSC Education Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all accommodation aspects for our adult colleges, ensuring that suitable provisions are made and maintaining a great working relationship with accommodation providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure homestay providers are notified of all homestay enquiries/bookings and inform the admissions coordinators of homestay details being confirmed in a timely manner
  • Act as the point of contact for admissions and sales teams regarding accommodation requests
  • Have oversight of all nominated rooms and inform the Admissions and Accommodation Manager of any voids in advance to maximize revenue
  • Source ad hoc residential options when allocated rooms are full
  • Collaborate with providers and college teams to ensure complaints are limited and the quality of accommodation provided to students is exceptional
  • Liaise with admissions for any pre-arrival issues/changes and support colleges with any issues post-arrival
  • Effectively deal with arising challenges, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to the Admissions and Accommodation Manager
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in accommodation and/or hospitality
  • IT proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Fluent in English
