Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Technology Strategies: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement technology strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives: Spearhead digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee IT Infrastructure: Ensure the security, scalability, and regulatory compliance of our IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, and applications.
  • Manage Technology Projects: Lead technology projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and integration with our existing systems.
  • Build and Lead a High-Performing Technology Team: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within our technology team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Manage Relationships with Vendors and Stakeholders: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to support technological advancements and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technology Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years as a CTO or similar role.
  • Strong Background in IT Infrastructure: A strong background in IT infrastructure, digital transformation, and cybersecurity.
  • Maritime or Offshore Industry Experience: Experience in the maritime or offshore industry is highly desirable.
