Strategic Cloud Transformation Leader

As a Strategic Cloud Transformation Leader at KPMG, you will leverage your industry expertise and technology acumen to drive cloud technology adoption and deliver business value to our clients. Your responsibilities will include leading client engagements, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing pre-sales activities. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share within the public sector, focusing on Microsoft solutions and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for Microsoft solutions within the public sector
  • Participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate new leads
  • Developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the sales and business origination strategy
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
  • Leading and augmenting bid teams for proposals for large-scale transformation programs
  • Providing oversight and guidance to project teams responsible for delivering data solutions to public sector clients

Requirements include:

  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative pre-sales strategies
  • Deep knowledge of data analytics and related technologies, including cloud computing and artificial intelligence
  • Flexible and resilient, able to work calmly under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent
  • Proven leadership ability, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
