The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the technology strategy for a leading marine services company, specializing in ship repair, maintenance, and dry-docking. This role focuses on driving innovation, overseeing IT infrastructure, and spearheading digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.


**Key Responsibilities**
  • Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with business goals, driving growth and innovation.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory compliance, to protect the company's assets and reputation.
  • Manage technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and integration, to meet business objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering innovation and collaboration, to drive business success.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders to support technological advancements and business growth.


**Requirements**
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years as a CTO or similar role.
  • Strong background in IT infrastructure, digital transformation, and cybersecurity, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in the maritime or offshore industry is highly desirable, but not required.
