Role Overview
The Merchandise Admin Assistant is a vital member of our Commercial (Merchandising) Team, responsible for the efficient and precise management of stock inventory. The primary objective is to enhance stock management processes, reduce stock-out occurrences, and boost operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Maximise Stock Availability**: Maintain accurate inventory records by analysing stock data and understanding supply and demand trends to make informed decisions.
2. **Process Improvement**: Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, proactively seeking ways to enhance processes and improve supplier performance.
3. **Stock Management**: Oversee stock ordering processes, management, and delivery coordination to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
4. **Collaboration**: Support the Merchandising Assistant and Senior Merchandiser by providing analysis to aid in new product decision-making.
5. **Supplier Relations**: Maintain positive and professional relationships with suppliers, operations, and shipping partners, ensuring accurate and timely communication regarding stock availability and delivery issues.

Inventory Tracking
Track inventory and shipments while maintaining updated product information across spreadsheets, our website platform, and Warehouse Management Systems, including precise pricing on the site.

Apply a social and environmental perspective to all tasks, supporting our goal to be the most responsibly sourced, B-Corp certified bed linen brand.

Qualifications
Experience in a supply chain or retail merchandising role is desirable. A good commercial awareness and strong decision-making skills are essential. Proven proficiency in Excel is required.
