  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a senior care role in a UK nursing or care home
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Empathetic and caring nature
  • NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or working towards
