Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Maidenhead, working with children and young people in a variety of settings. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering occupational therapy services to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualised management plans for children and young people with complex presentations.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and provide therapy interventions to support children and young people in achieving their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with education, local authority, medical and nursing staff to ensure delivery of a coordinated integrated service.
  • Develop and deliver training programmes to support service delivery and contribute to the implementation and development of the impact-based model of clinical decision making.
  • Opportunity to develop leadership and management skills, overseeing junior staff and students.
