Job Title: Chargebacks Specialist I

At TSYS Managed SVCS EMEA, LTD (GB), we are seeking a highly skilled Chargebacks Specialist I to join our team. As a Chargebacks Specialist I, you will be responsible for researching and resolving customer chargebacks in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and resolve customer chargebacks, utilizing established processes and adhering to association regulations.
  • Analyze cardholder and/or merchant account transactions to determine if the disputed transactions are covered under federal regulations.
  • Organize supporting information and apply appropriate credit/debit adjustments to accounts based on the final result of arbitration.
  • Work basic assignments from work queues as directed and assist with the segmentation of pending requests from various work queues into the appropriate work flow based on request type and complexity.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Typically No Relevant Experience Required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years related work experience handling dispute resolutions throughout the association lifecycle.
