Employment Type:
Temporary to Permanent, Remote Work

Work Hours:
5:30 PM - 10:30 PM

(Initial training for one week from 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 10:15 AM - 5:45 PM)

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivering high-quality customer service
  • Collecting comprehensive information from end users for accurate record-keeping
  • Working independently as well as collaboratively within a small team
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining clear communication with team members and stakeholders
