We are looking for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team at London Bridge Hospital, recognized for its commitment to excellence in patient care.

This permanent role involves delivering advanced physiotherapy services to patients in critical care, oncology, and surgical units. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians, and Psychologists. The position primarily involves weekday shifts, with occasional weekend and on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit outstanding clinical expertise in physiotherapy, underpinned by advanced theoretical knowledge, particularly in the management of patients facing critical care, oncology, and complex surgical challenges.
  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy evaluations, apply advanced clinical reasoning, establish clinical diagnoses, set rehabilitation objectives, and develop customized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
  • Engage in ward rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings to influence patient care strategies.
  • Maintain precise and current patient documentation in accordance with departmental and professional standards.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Physiotherapist with a Diploma or BSc/MSc in Physiotherapy
  • HCPC Registration
  • CSP Membership
  • Experience in critical care and oncology settings
  • Postgraduate specialization in a relevant area
