Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and address any maintenance concerns.
  • Stay informed about new products, menus, and promotional offers.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and licensing regulations.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to discussions.

Apprenticeship Components:
  • Regular face-to-face and virtual check-ins every six weeks to review feedback and progress.
  • A blend of on-the-job and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars.
  • Quarterly reviews with your Line Manager and apprenticeship Trainer.
  • Opportunity to obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths (if you do not already possess GCSE qualifications).
  • Completion of a Senior Production Chef Qualification upon finishing the 15-month program.
