About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Brunning & Price Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting our sous chefs and head chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Support the development of new menu ideas and contribute to the creation of innovative dishes.
  • Participate in menu planning and preparation, ensuring that dishes are presented to the highest standard.
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
  • Maintain a high level of food safety and hygiene standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
