Apprentice Chef Role


We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Apprentice Chef at Greene King. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your culinary skills and work in a dynamic kitchen environment.


About the Role


As an Apprentice Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to our company specification. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver outstanding dishes and maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Prepare and cook food to our company specification
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and monitor and deal with any maintenance issues
  • Keep up to date with new products, menus, and promotions
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and licensing laws

Your Apprenticeship


As part of this role, you will have access to a mixture of face-to-face and remote training sessions, including workshops and webinars. You will also receive regular reviews with your Line Manager and Apprenticeship Trainer to track your progress and provide feedback.
