About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Priory Group. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to develop and implement individual support plans.
  • Support individuals to maintain a safe and healthy living environment, including managing medication and personal care.
  • Encourage and support individuals to engage in activities that promote social inclusion and community participation.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with individuals with mental health needs (desirable).
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
  • Basic level of education (desired).
