PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Address maintenance and repair requests within various properties.
  • Perform a range of maintenance duties both indoors and outdoors.
  • Ensure all tasks are executed to the highest standards and within agreed timelines.

SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Executing plumbing, basic electrical work, and painting tasks.
  • Assisting with the movement and transportation of heavy items.
  • Repairing and replacing a variety of fixtures and fittings.
  • Participating in departmental meetings and ongoing training sessions.
  • Adhering to health and safety protocols.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Proven experience in building maintenance, strong plumbing capabilities, familiarity with residential environments, self-driven, excellent interpersonal skills, customer-focused, organized, and detail-oriented.

WORKING HOURS, COMPENSATION, AND PERKS:

  • Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £33,000, with additional on-call and overtime compensation.
  • 20 days of annual leave, pension plan, health cash benefits, and employee discount programs.
