Commercial Quantity Surveyor Wanted

Civil Engineering Main Contractor in the South West of England with Travel

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Quantity Surveyor to join our team as we embark on exciting projects in the South West of England. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of our projects, including cost control, value management, and commercial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial team and ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Develop strong relationships with internal departments, clients, and subcontractors
  • Prepare and present monthly commercial performance reports to board members
  • Ensure compliance with ECC Project Manager Accreditation
  • Manage change and claims, and develop commercial reporting skills
