Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead our commercial activities on a major HS2 project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial aspects of large-scale projects and a proven track record of leading teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage commercial activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Prepare and review cost reconciliation statements.
  • Manage sub-contractor accounts and ensure timely payments.
Requirements:
  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience working as a Managing Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor in civil engineering.

  • Up to £85,000 basic salary depending on experience.
