Adventure Education Programme Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the development of our Level 2 and Level 3 Adventure Education provision at Plumpton College. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in Adventure and Sport topics to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to support student achievement and progression.
- Work closely with colleagues to design and deliver curriculum content that meets the needs of students and industry partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and clients to create opportunities for students.
- Contribute to the development of the Adventure Education provision, including the design and delivery of new courses and programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or equivalent in Outdoor Education or a related field.
- Teaching qualification or willingness to gain one.
- Recent industry experience in Adventure Education or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
