About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading post-production company, handling picture, VFX, sound, and marketing services. You will be part of a diverse and agile environment, working with a range of technologies from film and on-location services to general production IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement complex audio/video applications and workflows, broadcast hardware, storage, databases, backups, networking, and security.
  • Support global platforms and systems, ensuring service uptime, client service environments, and content security.
  • Collaborate with a team of experts to develop skills and knowledge across all Streamland businesses in the UK and globally.
  • Provide creative staff and client helpdesk functions, including call handling, logging, and general IT support duties.
  • Manage software imaging and hardware maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of post-production technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and workflows, including Avid and Adobe editing systems, Pro Tools sound studios, color grading, and Autodesk Flame.
  • Experience with high-end workflows and technologies to produce UHD/HDR/Atmos content is highly desirable.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with complex audio/video applications and workflows, broadcast hardware, storage, databases, backups, networking, and security.
  • Knowledge of Avid and Adobe editing systems, Pro Tools sound studios, color grading, and Autodesk Flame.
  • Experience with high-end workflows and technologies to produce UHD/HDR/Atmos content.
  • Linux OS experience is an advantage.
  • Virtualisation, networking, remote working solution experience is an advantage.
  • Scripting and/or coding experience is an advantage.
Working Arrangements

This is a rotating, shift-based working pattern, covering early and mid-shifts, with some ad-hoc work outside of hours, including weekends. You will need to be flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment.
