Job Title: Post Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Post Production Coordinator to join our team at PTW. As a Post Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the post-production team in delivering high-quality audio services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare project workflows in advance, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Set up documentation and tasks according to company best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with post-production staff and other departments.
  • Raise issues to senior staff in a timely manner.
Scheduling:
  • Schedule and book resources using department tools.
  • Escalate to senior staff if additional resources are required.
  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure project success.
  • Be adaptable to changing tasks and deadlines.
Tracking:
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Archive projects and maintain accurate records.
  • Attend daily and weekly meetings to stay informed.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Pro-Tools, Reaper, and Audition.
  • Understanding of dialogue editing, design, and mastering processes.
  • Experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Passion for audio technology and video games.
