Job Title: Junior Post-Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Post-Production Coordinator to join our team at SIDE Global. As a key member of our post-production team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful completion of multiple projects to a very high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review project bookings and prepare workflows in advance to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Set up documentation and tasks in line with company best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with post-production staff and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Raise issues to senior staff in a timely manner to ensure prompt resolution.
Scheduling:
  • Schedule and book resources using department tools.
  • Escalate to senior staff if additional resources are required.
  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure all allocated projects run smoothly.
  • Be quick, resourceful, and adaptable to changing tasks and deadlines.
Tracking:
  • Track project progress to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Archive projects.
  • Attend daily and weekly meetings.
Development:
  • Achieve QA across post-production projects to maintain our highest processing standards.
  • Liaise with clients and production teams about best practices in post-production.
  • Liaise with senior staff about best practices for the post-production pipeline.
  • Develop post-production services, processes, tools, and workflow as part of a global team.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with tools such as Pro-Tolls, Reaper, Audition, and/or RX.
  • Understanding of dialogue editing, design, and mastering stages.
  • Experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Enthusiasm for audio technology and video games.
Experience:
  • Experience working with multiple files across projects and languages.
  • Practiced managing schedules and resources in a post-production field.
  • Collaboration with staff as a team player to ensure project goals are met.
  • 2+ years of experience in a commercial audio post-production role.
Skills:
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication to liaise effectively with different departments.
  • Ability to address and resolve issues that arise during post-production processes.
  • Time management and ability to work well under tight deadlines.
