Job Summary:

The Go To Market Manager is a key role within the B2B Customer team at Currys plc, responsible for developing and executing targeted plans to promote categories and products. This includes working closely with the marketing and commercial teams to identify opportunities to acquire new customers and drive repeat spend with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute category-specific campaign plans across B2B, aligned to the overall marketing strategy and plan.
  • Develop a prioritized category and product messaging roadmap, supported by strategic relationships with key suppliers.
  • Manage strong relationships with supplier marketing teams to maximize investment in Currys Business and land joint messages and campaigns effectively.
  • Drive new technology opportunities with targeted B2B customer groups, showcasing thought leadership in opportunities to leverage new growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends and help colleagues demystify tech language for B2B customers, driving an uptick in demand.
  • Ensure effective B2B messaging in branded spaces outside of B2B Hubs, driving an increase in either direct sales or referrals to the expert sales team.
  • Maximize incremental trading account funding for B2B through strategic supplier joint plans.
  • Manage and develop one assistant GTM manager, using smaller campaigns and burgeoning supplier partnerships to improve their experience.

Requirements:

  • Buying or marketing experience, either as an assistant buyer/marketeter in a sizeable category or a category buyer/marketeter.
  • Degree educated is desirable.
