About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Go to Market Manager to join our B2B Customer team at Currys plc. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the scoping and delivery of targeted plans to promote categories and products, supported by supplier funding and joint business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and delivery of category-specific campaign plans and executions across B2B, aligned to our overall marketing strategy and plan.
  • Brief marketing and sales channels on key initiatives and ensure the plan is executed across the different channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales channels (especially online and retail/hubs) to ensure that our key weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer communications and promotional priorities are executed.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and external agencies to develop and execute marketing strategies and activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends and help our colleagues demystify tech language for B2B customers, driving an uptick in demand.
  • Manage strong relationships with supplier marketing teams, helping maximize investment in Currys Business, and land joint messages and campaigns effectively.
  • Support the GTM Manager in landing all major initiatives, including major new product launches, new merchandising solutions, and changes to the customer journey online and in-store, liaising with relevant supporting departments to deliver right first time.
Requirements
  • Degree educated is desirable.
  • Customer champion with excellent commercial awareness and understanding of customer needs.
  • Good working knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as MS Office workflow tools.
  • Good presentation and speaking skills.
  • 1-2 years' experience working in a similar role is desirable.
