Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our dynamic Human Resources Team at Succession Wealth. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing generalist HR advice and support to employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Line Managers in all matters relating to HR, including terms and conditions, absence, and flexible working requests.
  • Provide support during the TUPE process following acquisitions.
  • Maintain the integrity of HR employee online databases, ensuring clear audit trails and all records are in accordance with GDPR.
  • Provide support to employees' well-being, including carrying out well-being at work assessments and advising on available support.
  • Arrange and support disciplinary and grievance hearings, producing correspondence using standardized business formats.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR Advisory role.
  • Hold a relevant degree or CIPD qualification, or a commitment to work towards gaining CIPD qualification.
  • A sound understanding of the principles of good HR practice and some knowledge of employment law, including TUPE.
  • Confident working with the latest technology and able to use technology intuitively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade, influence, and challenge with tact and diplomacy.
  • A creative and analytical thinking style, applying tenacity in the face of obstacles.
  • A high level of personal integrity, demonstrated by displaying respect and empathy for others and being consistent, open, and honest.
