About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Lead to oversee the migration of data from our legacy case management system to a new platform. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of this project.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Migration Planning: Develop a comprehensive plan for the extraction, transformation, and loading of data from the old system to the new case management system.
  2. Data Quality Management: Ensure that the data being migrated is accurate, complete, and free from errors.
  3. Collaboration with Other Teams: Work closely with IT, business analysts, and test teams to ensure that data migration aligns with the new system's requirements.
  4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the data migration process and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption to business operations.
  5. Execution of Data Migration: Oversee the actual migration process, ensuring that all data is transferred correctly and with minimal disruption.
  6. Post-Migration Validation: Conduct thorough audits and checks to ensure that all data has been correctly transferred and is functioning as expected in the new system.
