Key Responsibilities- Lead multi-disciplinary meetings to identify and assess the needs of vulnerable children and adults
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and social workers to develop and implement effective care plans
- Provide expert advice and guidance on safeguarding best practices to healthcare staff
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential harm
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with local authorities and other stakeholders
- Registered Nurse with a background in child care or adult nursing
- Experience in managing safeguarding cases, including attendance at professional meetings and child protection case conferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
