About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Lead to join our team at FMCG Exec. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in executing our communication strategy across the entire business.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the Senior Leadership Team in developing and implementing a comprehensive communication plan that aligns with our business objectives and maintains brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute internal and external communication initiatives that drive business results
  • Lead and coach a team of communications professionals to ensure seamless execution of communication plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in communication efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communications to inform our strategy
  • Manage and maintain our company's brand voice and tone across all communication channels
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Communications Manager/Lead role with a strong track record of success
  • Team management experience with a focus on leadership and development
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable communication plans
  • Experience working with agencies and managing external vendors
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital communication channels and social media platforms
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities with a focus on flawless execution and meeting deadlines
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £100,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package. You will also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with access to our Midlands HQ once a week.
