The Dorchester Collection seeks a dedicated and organized individual to fill the role of Personal Assistant to the Culinary Director.

This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the success of our renowned culinary team within a prestigious luxury hospitality environment.

As the right-hand to the Culinary Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the overall vision for the kitchen.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Culinary Director, acting as a liaison between the kitchen team and other departments within the hotel.
  • Manage essential kitchen administrative tasks, including health and safety compliance, training coordination, menu planning assistance, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Oversee human resources functions for the kitchen team, such as scheduling, payroll processing, holiday planning, recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
  • Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with The Dorchester Collection's core values of Personality, Passion, Respect, Working Together, and Creativity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role within a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication within our hotel environment.
