What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Director who can inspire and lead our culinary team, develop and implement fresh seasonal menus, and drive sales and growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.

  • You should have a proven track record of championing excellent service through quality food, either as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary role.
  • You should demonstrate a passion for leading and developing a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You should be an active hands-on team player, with a strong focus on health and safety, staff training, and kitchen operations.
  • You should be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials.
  • You should have great planning and organizational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labor.
  • You should have a proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
