You will be part of a dedicated care team operating in:

Various local neighborhoods

For this role, we are looking for:

2 x Drivers (Females only)

Shift pay rather than pay per call, ensuring you are compensated from the start of your first call to the end of your last call within a shift.

Pay: Competitive hourly rate (drivers)

Mileage reimbursement available for drivers Part-time and full-time hours available Bonus schemes*: up to £300 for new starters, £300 for referring a friend, and an annual bonus. £25 birthday gift voucher.

As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, your working hours will align with our shift patterns, which include early starts, late evenings, and weekend work:

Late shift: 4:00pm - 10:00pm

We will agree on your working pattern, setting a 2-week rota that includes:

Alternate full weekends, or every Saturday or every Sunday Evenings as agreed within your working hours

Fully funded background checks. Paid induction training: 1 week classroom-based, followed by 2 days of shadowing and additional online modules. Job Description

If you have prior experience as a caregiver for family or friends, you'll excel as a Care Assistant in your local area. As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, you will:

Assist individuals in achieving their personal goals, involving families and professionals. Provide personal care that upholds individuals' dignity. Encourage independence through enabling approaches. Deliver personalized care through individual choice and control. Be an effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the appropriate individuals at the right time. Connect individuals to their communities, accessing local support and services.

Induction Training

We seek individuals who embody Be Caring values to join our team. Whether you have direct experience or have been a caregiver for a friend or family member, we will provide the necessary training to become an outstanding Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, you will receive comprehensive induction training covering:

Be Caring values, striving to meet personal outcomes. Dignity and respect, safeguarding, and equality and diversity. Confidentiality and professional boundaries. Nutrition and safe medication administration. Moving and positioning, basic life support, and pressure sore prevention. Infection prevention and control, health and safety. Understanding learning disabilities, mental health, and capacity.
