Position Overview:
- Deliver expert technical and safety assurance leadership to guarantee adherence to regulations and effective Safe System of Work implementation.
- Develop and maintain technical and safety policies in alignment with legislative updates and oversee the legal compliance register.
- Manage databases, generate dashboard reports, maintain competency systems, and oversee Corrective Action and risk reporting.
- Assist audit teams in ensuring technical compliance and provide on-site Safe System of Work support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Technical and Safety Competency Management System and database operations.
- Plan, schedule, and execute audit and assurance activities.
- Manage and analyze compliance resources effectively.
- Collaborate with the Assurance team to address resilience risks.
Qualifications:
- HND-Level qualification in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
- Professional registration in progress towards IEng or higher.
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities and technical expertise.
- Desirable qualifications include Mechanical/Electrical/Confined Space/L8 CP/AP.
